Sometimes you just want to stop. Don’t run after plans, don’t meet someone’s expectations, don’t try to do everything at once. Just sit on the steps, feel the cool air, hear the silence around and be alone with yourself for a few minutes.🖤 There are moments in every day that require no explanation. They are about mood, glance, random light, favorite music in headphones and thoughts that come just when you stop looking for them.🖤 Perhaps growing up is not just about becoming stronger. It’s also about learning to be gentler with yourself. Allow yourself to get tired, doubt, change plans and sometimes choose not what is “right”, but what you really want.🖤 I like the idea that life doesn't have to be loud and flashy all the time. Sometimes the most important feelings are born in silence. And perhaps these are the moments we remember most often later.🖤 Today I simply choose not to rush anywhere.
